BioI'm not your average college student, not that anyone really is. My number one goal in life is to be a mom, and an awesome one. I want it desperately, but am certainly not about to run off and get myself pregnant right now. I want to be a good mom, so I need to think about the well-being of my kids before they're born, and I'm not remotely financially able to support a child right now.
I'm a Wiccan Quaker. I believe in peace and love. To me, the Divine is in the form of a holy couple: two seperate beings, but who act as one. And that is my ideal. I don't need to be in love to be happy, but it certainly helps. I really like it when I have someone to devote myself to. When I'm in a relationship, I'll go out of my way to make my lover happy. It's not a sacrifice of my own happiness, in fact doing so makes me rather happy.
I'm kind-of a goon; I like to dress up and play pretend. I'm wonderful with children, and have been told so many times. Yay for me. Most people my age, however, tend to look at me rather oddly. I get a bit lonely sometimes, but I really like who I am (without trying to sound cocky), so I'm not willing to change that just for more friends. Especially since I mostly just like to hang out with people one-on-one.
I want to write children's books for a living. I just hope someone other than my mom buys my books. But I have a plan B, which I'm now actually as excited about as I am about writing. I'm going to teach at a private school called Waldorfs. They're awesome, look them up. I have to decide between going to England and New England (New Hampshire, I think) to get certified. I've never been to either place, so if you have any persuading evidence, you should let me hear it.
